Zoya Matte Velvet Swatches & Giveaway

Hello again!

I am certainly on a roll today with this second post today.

Back in November 2013 I did my second post and it was for the matte velvet from Zoya, back then it was only four., and let's be honest my photos were bad, but I am proud of how much I have improved :-)

This year Zoya has re-released them plus two new ones (are they?) giving a total of six matte velvet polishes.IMG_4303

These type of polishes are not be worn with a base coat or any kind of top coat (unless you decide to). And due to the unique matte formulation, color is not long-wearing as a traditional nail color.

Let's get to the fun...and a surprise giveaway at the end...

Savita is a bold, vibrant purple with red and gold shimmer. Two coats.Zoya Matte Savita

Veruschka is a deep evergreen with metallic shimmer, I think is a perfect green for Christmas. Two coats.Zoya Matte Veruschka

Loredana is a medium gunmetal grey with silver shimmer. Three coats for opacity.Zoya Matte Loredana

Harlow is a rich saturated rose plum with sparkling metallic shimmer. Two coats.Zoya Matte Harlow

Dovima is a smoky charcoal black with strong silver shimmer. Two coats.Zoya Matte Dovima

My favorite, well I love all of them, but Posh, a bit more. this is a medium cool-toned wine red with metallic red shimmer. Two coats.Zoya Matte Posh

All I can say is that the formulas on these are a dream, I honestly have nothing else to add, except that you need to try these. I used Zoya's description for each one.

You can find them at for USD$9 each. They also offer a MatteVelvet Top Coat for $10.

Giveaway: Because I owned four of these polishes and bought the two new ones for myself and decided to giveaway the set that Zoya sent me. Thank you Zoya!
